They were not, however, the reason why he was asked to resign. 41. On the tribunal’s findings, responsibility for the breakdown in relationships lay primarily with the claimant. He raised concerns about largely historic matters with which he had had no concern at the time. He misrepresented and exaggerated those concerns. He raised them in a tone and manner which was unjustified.
