28. Mr Bastable submitted an Investigation Report (dated 3 May 2024) to Dr Fitter. The outcome of the investigation was that there was evidence of gross misconduct which should be the subject of a disciplinary hearing with a chair of governors, as set out in the school’s disciplinary policy. 29. A disciplinary hearing took place on 14 June 2024.
