(c) At page 60 the claimant says in relation to the L&M income that “I know that’s both or ours really as we are kind of mixing it”, and the respondent says at page 67 that “I also fully know that L&M is keeping it alive”. (d) At page 59 the claimant says: “we can balance it better from L&M so it’s not all going to the café and to you and the café”.
