Mr L Imafidon v Ansa Care Ltd: 6007982/2024
Decided 2026-05-08· England & Wales· Case No. 6007982/2024Breach of Contractpublic-interest-disclosureunlawful-deduction-from-wagesworking-time-regulations
On the balance of probability, I accept that the Claimant was led to understand that he could use the “company car” to do his driving test, and that he was told by Ms Egbonimali’s husband shortly before the test that he could not do this, because he was not insured to drive the car. 31. I find that the Claimant continued to use, and the Respondent continued to allow and indeed encourage the Claimant’s use of, the car after 22 March 2024.
