32. The respondent submits the effect of the temporary stay will give the Claimant time to properly consider and take advice in respect of; (i) the principles of continuing with the Employment Tribunal proceedings if at all and (ii) (ii) the practicalities of doing so, once the status of the criminal case is properly known to him. Those decisions aforesaid, will directly affect the conduct of the cross-examination and submissions of the respondent. We agree with this. 33.
