15. I accept the Claimant’s evidence that at the end of January, there was a conversation about what work was available for the Claimant to do. The Claimant says he was told that the Respondent had no work to offer him at Sita. I accept that the Claimant had been told that there was other work available that the Respondent had and that the Claimant was available for work.
